Can I chat with buddy in messanger?

It's not safe to contact with traveler or buddy outside the service. In case of unexpected situations we can't handle situations.

What if I forgot to close my resolved request?

It will be closed automaticaly in a day after deadline.

What if I have troubles with my request?

In any dispute situation you can always write on our support mail (support@travelbuddy.io). Your money for claim will be frozen and returned to you as soon as possible.

I am buddy that just finished request. How can I get money for it?

Money for the request will be automatically transfered to your credentials that you passed to become buddy in 1 day after request deadline or in 1 day after traveler closed the claim.
